Hours and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

A travel fee starting at $25 applies to mobile services. Rates and service availability may vary by location.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To remain fair and respectful to all clients, the following cancellation policy is enforced:

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment or fail to provide notice will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are charged the full session price.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.
Your therapist will determine whether sufficient time remains to proceed with the session.

Regardless of the length of time provided, clients are responsible for the full session fee.
Please plan accordingly and arrive on time to ensure the best possible experience.

Booking an Appointment

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all stated policies.

• A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
• For mobile services, clients must provide the service address after booking.
• Failure to provide an address may result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of any payment made.

Deposit Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
